Shain Brenden
Portland, Oregon
Shain Brenden is a comedian, writer and actor in Portland, Oregon. You may have seen him on a TV in the background of your favorite bar talking about the Portland Trail Blazers on his show "Blazers Outsiders" on NBC Sports. He's performed in comedy festivals and venues across the country and is a regular performer at Helium Comedy Club in Portland. In 2018 he was voted one of the top 5 funniest comics in Portland by the Willamette Weekly and featured in The Oregonian as a comic to watch.
As a writer, Shain was selected as a finalist in the 2018 WeScreenplay Television Pilot contest, finishing in the top 5 of the thousands of scripts submitted. Somehow he has managed to become a gainfully employed actor in projects for the Oregon Lottery, Old Spice, Nike, Jordan and Google and Marvel.
A University of Memphis alumni, Shain’s proudest moment was when he threw a half-eaten corn dog at Eli Manning (got stuck in his helmet) during a Memphis vs. Ole Miss game in 2003. He's a nice boy trying his best.
